These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through the Mountain Vault website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.
1. Products and pricing
All products are offered subject to availability. Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Because precious metals prices move continuously, the price shown at checkout is locked for your order at the time of purchase; the price of metals in your cart may differ from the price displayed elsewhere on the site if the market has moved.
2. Payment
We accept payment by credit/debit card and by direct bank transfer. Card payments are subject to a processing fee disclosed at checkout. Orders are not confirmed until payment has cleared. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or payment irregularity.
3. Shipping and delivery
Shipping options and rates are presented at checkout before you place your order. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Orders using Ship to Mountain Vault Secure Storage are fulfilled to our vault facility at no shipping charge; storage terms are billed separately as described at checkout.
4. Order finality
All sales are final and binding. Orders may not be cancelled, amended, or changed once placed. We do not issue refunds and do not accept returns or exchanges. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
5. Product descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to display products and their specifications accurately, including supplier-provided photographs. Minor variations in finish, packaging, or minting year for generic bullion products do not qualify an order for return or exchange.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mountain Vault’s liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the products in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including losses from market price movements after your order is locked.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute arising from your purchase shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
