1. Cancellations and order changes
Once an order has been placed, it may not be cancelled, amended, or otherwise changed under any circumstances. Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before completing checkout.
2. Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Mountain Vault does not issue refunds or accept returns or exchanges for any order, regardless of whether payment is made by card or bank transfer. Because precious metals prices fluctuate continuously, each order and its purchase price are locked at the time of purchase.
3. Vault storage orders
For orders placed using Ship to Mountain Vault Secure Storage, the purchased metals will be allocated to the customer’s storage account when the order is confirmed. Withdrawals may be made at any time. The annual storage fee is non-refundable once the storage account has been established.
